Last week, Ms. Severino took 8 of our incredible students to the FBLA State Conference in Bellevue, where they competed for a chance to represent Washington State at the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim this June! This year’s competition was tougher than ever, with more students participating across the state. After several rounds of events and testing, we are thrilled to share some exciting news: Brooklynn Lane placed 9th in Insurance & Risk Management! She is currently eligible as an alternate and will find out in the coming weeks if she qualifies for nationals — congratulations, Brooklynn! Lizeth Venegas ran for Capital Region Vice President — representing over 15 schools — and after a week of campaigning, we are proud to announce that she WON by receiving the majority vote! Lizeth will officially serve as Capital Region VP for the 2025-2026 school year. Lizeth will attend the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, where she will continue working toward her goal of amplifying the voices of smaller FBLA chapters and communities. We are so proud of all our competitors and cannot wait to see what the future holds for these Warriors!

This program is designed to address the unique cultural, language, and educationally related academic needs of American Indian and Alaska Native students, including preschool children, and ensure that all students meet the challenging State academic standards.
