Invitation to Bid - Rochester Primary School & Rochester Middle School Roof Replacements

SUBMITTAL TIME/DATE/LOCATION: Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm, at Rochester School District Board Room, 10140 Highway 12 SW, Rochester, WA 98579. Public Bid Opening will commence at approximately 2:05pm at the same location. Bids Should be clearly labeled Bid No. 2026-01.
PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00am at Rochester Middle School.
SUMMARY OF PROJECTS:
Base Bid: Rochester Middle School, 9937 Hwy. 12 SW, Rochester WA 98579: Demolition of existing roofing, underlayment and existing flashings. Installation of self adhering ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment and Malarkey Legacy asphalt shingles, 24-gauge pre-finished eave, rake, valley, step flashing and roof to wall flashings, new lead pipe boots at all plumbing vents, new ridge vent.
Alternate Bid No. 1: Rochester Primary School, 7440 James Rd. SW, Rochester WA 98579: Demolition of existing roofing, underlayment and existing flashings. Invitation to Bid - Used Fleet Truck
Rochester School District is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for one (1) used fleet truck. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the District’s best interest.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Bid-Used Fleet Truck” by May 29th 2026 at 2:30 pm to:

The vehicle proposed shall meet or exceed the following: 2018 Model year or newer; 4 x 4; under 110,000 miles; white in color; suitable for daily fleet use.
Bids must include, at a minimum the following information: Vehicle Information/documentation (year, make, model, VIN, mileage, condition report, and service history); Pricing (including all applicable taxes and delivery charges); Completed Bid Proposal Form. Bid form may be obtained from the District website (www.rochester.wednet.edu) or my emailing jpratt@rochester.wednet.edu .
Award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder meeting or exceeding all specifications. The District reserves the right to inspect the proposed vehicle prior to award. Payment will be made upon satisfactory delivery and inspection. The District may cancel this solicitation at any time prior to awarding a contract.
