2025-2026 Registration for RMS Athletics

Online Registration is a 3 Step Process

STEP 1 - Final Forms Registration | Please register at Final Forms and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. Your athlete must use their school email to login and sign the forms as well. Your athlete will also require a sports physical that will be uploaded into final forms.

STEP 2 - Pay Fees | You must log in to Intouch to pay for your athletes ASB Athletic Fee. Pay to Play fees have been waived for the 25-26 season. The ASB Athletic Fee is the only fee required. Your login information is the parents' Qmlativ username and password (portal will not open until August 1).

STEP 3 - Insurance | Students must have medical insurance to participate in Sports. If needed, you may purchase accident insurance at Enrollment (will not open until August 1).
