School Board Meeting Information
Meeting agendas, locations, and links to attend remotely can be found on BoardDocs. To access this information, click the link and select the “Meetings” button in the upper-right corner of the page. BoardDocs also provides meeting minutes and other school board information.
The Rochester Board of Directors encourages community involvement and welcomes public comment. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you may submit written comments. Comments received by 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting will be read aloud during the meeting. Comments received after that deadline will be forwarded to a future meeting.
Oral public comment is also permitted during meetings. Participants attending remotely who wish to address the board may enter their name, the topic they wish to address, and their email address in the meeting comment box.
