Rochester School District's Family and Student Coordinated Support Liaisons, Esmerelda Millikan and Nancy Villanueva are available to help families fully participate in their child's education by connecting them with community resources, and providing translation services, offering parent events, and strengthening the connection between home and school.   Liaisons have their office at the RISE Center (located next to ROOF at the Rochester District Office.
