Pursuant to RCW 39.04.155, Rochester School District No. 401 maintains a small works roster to award contracts for construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alternation, repair and improvement of real property. Contractors may be selected from the list for all projects with an estimated cost of $200,000 or less. 

All contractors requesting to be placed on the list shall be properly licensed or registered to perform work in Washington State.
