As a student of Maple Lane High School:

I ATTEND CLASS REGULARLY.

I AM ON TIME TO CLASS, students will be kept in the living units if they have not left before each class's final announcement. (students coming to school from the clinic will report to the office before going to class.)

I AM WHERE MY CLASS SCHEDULE SAYS I AM TO BE (OUT OF BOUNDS).

I CARRY OUT ALL SCHOOL STAFF DIRECTIONS.

I REFRAIN FROM FIGHTING, or attempting to cause injury to another person, (Staff will see horseplay as a possible fight).

I DRESS IN A WAY THAT MY APPEARANCE IS NEAT AND CLEAN.

I WALK ON THE SIDEWALK.

I DO NOT USE TOBACCO, per Maple Lane policy.

I USE THE RESTROOM, only during the specified times.

I KEEP THE BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT & MATERIAL OF MAPLE LANE HIGH SCHOOL IN GOOD CONDITION.

I LEAVE PERSONAL ITEMS SUCH AS TAPE PLAYERS, TAPES, WATCHES, RADIOS, FOOD & DRINK, WRITING UTENSILS, or any restricted items listed in Maple Lane policy #26 in the living units.

I REFRAIN FROM THROWING OBJECTS.
